good mix of folks to work with...consideration of work/life balance. Interesting work, lots of great experience.
Cons
Incredilbally political. Policy is driving the agency. Science can take a back seat in todays atmosphere. Not much room to move up in the organization. Staff are well paid but not utilized to best extent.
