Pros
Great learning environment, a large amount of mentoring was provided. Days were highly structured and projects managed well. Flexible schedule allows for 4 day work weeks.
Cons
Workload can be a bit low at times. Some employees tend to be lethargic and take long breaks/vacations. Managers were sometimes a bit hard to get a hold of but came through.
