Pros
Probably the least rigid/stuffy agency in the federal government. People care about their work and want to make a difference. Awesome flexible work options with possible telework and 4 day work week.
Cons
Bureaucracy. It's extremely slow paced and often difficult to get things done. And the pay is not competitive. Little to no opportunities for salary negotiation.
