      Excellent colleagues. Interesting cross-disciplinary work. Feels good to be working for the public good.

      Cons

      Workload can be intense. EPA decisions are highly scrutinized and sometimes made under great time pressure. Organization was very principled under both Republican and Democratic administrations except for under the Trump administration
