Pros
Federal benefits, great pay and job security. They have different areas of environmental regulations, thus, they will allow rotation duties, so employees can experience different areas within EPA. Thus, it causes less burnt out employees, and great learning experience. Recently added work from home program, thus, employees can work from home on certain days.
Cons
Some of the environmental regulations were very complex, and enforcement work is very stressful. Many areas of the different programs require multiple job duties that needed to be on top of. Working with attorneys are sometimes difficult, as they handle numerous cases as well.
