Pros
The EPA trains its employees to work efficiently, effective and across many different disciplines. I feel I have gathered a lot of skills in my short time with the agency that I will use for the rest of my career.
Cons
There are constraints to your ability to do work effectively. It is not a flexible working environment and requires navigating many complicated policies and procedures. Overall I did find this challenging at times, but beneficial as well.
