      Traveling cool places. Great people. Fun environment. Culinary is awesome. Strong health insurance.

      Cons

      I travel often which may not be for everyone, but I personally don't mind it. Would be cool to have a bit more remote flexibility.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
