      Pros

      Great co-workers, learn the industry, pushed to become a more efficient and effective employee, and I feel like now that I've done Epic I could do anything.

      Cons

      A lot of hours, not a lot of transparency between HR and the rest of the company, and it's hard to take vacay because you are so busy all the time.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
