      - Great salary and experience for folks just out of college - Marketable experience for when you leave - Beautiful campus with impressive benefits

      Cons

      - Long hours, lots of travel - Expectation is on hours logged, not quality - Strict non-compete when you leave - Very difficult to have any work life balance with constant traveling
