Pros
+ helping to ensure safety of people's care and/or ease of use for providers, depending on which application that you're working in + highly collaborative environment, some of the smartest people that I've ever gotten to work with + go-lives are pretty cool experiences if you enjoy helping people/troubleshooting
Cons
- can be really stressful - sometimes can feel like you have to make others fail in order for you to succeed
