Pros
Good benefits, good pay, some good co-workers, funky buildings and stimulating physical environment, good food, your own office - not a cubicle.
Cons
Danger of being a "flat" company - Managers are not properly trained to manage. Poor communication from managers until there is a problem, and good work is not heeded, leading to a stifling and frighteningly widespread sense of insecurity.
