Pros
The compensation is great, and benefits are very good for the most part. The work itself is meaningful and interesting. The campus is fantastic, and those working there are very bright.
Cons
There's only 2 weeks of vacation, plus holidays on top of that. It's important to set limits for yourself; otherwise, they'll keep pushing you to take more onto your plate.
