Pros
The compensation, working environment, travel bonuses and everything else aren't necessarily available to a lot of 22 year olds coming out of college. Plus, Madison in the Summer is a great time.
Cons
People often put in a lot of hours, and the learning curve is pretty steep. By nature, you're not going to know how to do things and rely on others pretty heavily. The good thing this is that people are always usually willing to help out.
