      Pros

      Flexible timing in most teams, good campus, nice benefits and compensation and the place is full of geeks

      Cons

      Not so good at listening to what we want to do, working on C# is a lie for atleast 5 more years, developers are not well appreciated and the company is just too much customer centric.
