      Pros

      Epic sets you up for success. You can come in with limited or zero experience with what Epic hires you to do and Epic will train and teach you everything. They want you to be successful and be happy. Epic is everything I could ever want in a company to work for. The food is excellent, the campus is outstanding, and the people are great.

      They have high expectations for you, but the expectations are very achievable.

      Meritorious work environment, capable coworkers, work that has high impact, high degree of autonomy, interesting work, campus, food, benefits. Reasonable views on AI

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
