Great people! It is so easy to make friends. The work can be interesting. Food is fantastic.
Cons
You get lots of responsibility without knowing what you are doing. Management style was not standard. Saw totally different styles and expectations based on the manager. If you get the wrong one, they will only ever tell you to work more without actually providing you the tools you need.
