Pros
the head office is ok because owners are there but in communities there is monachy kings and queens called themselves directors. No pay raise after three years of my work, i tried to contact HR they intimidated me that I'm not following a procedure. I believe who voted that its a nice place to work he did not work with community employess. More people are hired only one month they are gone. it holds bad labour turnover, job satisfaction rate is poor, the only good thing is benefits
Cons
Poor HR process especially employement relations, intimidations and neglection especially community workers, unforfilled promises such us pay raise you have to fight like its not a companies policy.
