      Great staff! Very creative, fast environment, good bonuses

      Cons

      Not a lot of work life balance. Constant phone calls and conference calls on days off. Unrealistic expectations of returns- no service staff that is EA owned.

      Pros

      I met and got to work with some great people.

      Cons

      Monthly sales quota was unattainable. Store leadership was inexperienced and unprofessional. Management for the most part was a mess and inconsistent. The expectation placed on you were so stressful.
