Pros
The team here is great. Really vibrant and innovative individuals. Lots of chances to connect and make meaningful relationships, definitely a learning organization. The company has a great mission and a lot of heart. Has the makings of a top company if cards are played right.
Cons
As we are trying to grow into our new status as a public company from a start-up there are growing pains. Structures changing, figuring out priorities, and trying to fill demand at a rapid pace sometimes means turnover. It seems though that the appropriate parties are aware of this and are actively working to correct. Growth is difficult in some departments but lots of opportunity in Sales. Unfortunately, this lends itself to some feeling unappreciated if they are not revenue generating.
