While there are some truly excellent people at an operational there are too many who I can only describe as professional gas lighters at a management level.
The morale is terrible.
Majority of staff at an operational level are not happy, they do not feel valued and are just waiting for to find another job, there is no career here or opportunity for development.
Middle management have no idea what occurs operationally so there’s a real disconnect. They do not listen to feedback either.
