Pros
Your coworkers and supervisor wants the best for you, lots of training available. Either you love the place and work there for 30 years or you quit in a few weeks.
Cons
Very little pay, no where to move up in the company. You must wear a suit and tie, even for non-client facing work. Not worth the dress code for such a small pay. Demotivating environment. Very sterile and stagnant. Middle management works in the same area as clerks and agents.
