Pros
- Great salary, decided by peers not "management" and the ability to move anywhere without a salary change - Flat generalist structure. Again, no "management" - Flexible working hours + good parental leave and health benefits - Great mentor programme - Great product and product management process - Good career progression paths
Cons
- Fast pace and occasional stress isn't for everyone (always rewarded though) - A large collaboration tax involved in democratising decisions about almost everything (generally results in the best outcome though) - Can be overwhelming at times trying to keep on top of everything going on (mentor programme is useful for avoiding this)
