Good company. Decent benefits, good management support
Cons
Layoffs. The leaderships loves to do layoffs. They layoff as many people as possible as often as possible. If you work for Experian, understand that it is a short term gig and you will be laid off. If you last five years, it is longer than expected.

Good work-life balance, fair, hybrid.
Opportunities if you are in business or sales. Avoid if looking for a technical career.
Cons
Experian publicly advertises that they are a technology company, but operationally if you want to move ahead, in the business and sales area is where you want to be.
Very little opportunity for engineers and technical.
Experian has become more of a Fintech company in the last 5 years and leaves them vulnerable in bad economies.
