Pros
- A balance between success as a business and success as a member of society - Has always attracted people who are focused on getting the job done with respect for each other
Cons
- The only CON would be something I find in all successful companies...Growing pains...in the pursuit of excellence you have to fail at moments with people and projects, but it is the picking 'yourself' up and keeping 'your' eyes on the goal allows to learn from mistakes and find a better way. I've been with Experian for 27 years and have seen the good and bad, but it picks itself up and pursues the better!
