Pros

No significant benefits or positive aspects

Cons

Cons: There is no leave balance available during the first 3 months. Leaves are credited only after completing 3 months, and even then, only 5 leaves are provided per month. The leave policy is not employee-friendly, especially for experienced professionals. If you face any emergency or fall sick there are no leaves available. Salary is credited on the first working day of the month instead of a fixed date, which is inconvenient. The company does not have enough clients. If you are on probation and the client ends the contract before probation completion, the company does not arrange another client interview or provide alternative opportunities. Overall, it was a bad experience. There is no work–life balance, and the company does not provide adequate support or services to employees. I would not recommend joining third-party companies.
