      Good people, great commute, decent work

      Cons

      terrible medical benefits. I seriously had a better medical benefits plan when on an individual plan of my own. would opt out now if i could. monthly premium is high AND the coverage is ridiculously poor. for a company this large, they could seriously offer a much better plan.

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
