      Good opportunity for freshers and jobless people to get a job. good training facility. excellent opportunities to career boost

      Cons

      If we work over time and claim the same, I would have to chase them for couple of months to get my pay processed. Its really impacting my deliverable work and demotivates from working overtime as and when its required.
