you might get lucky and work in a big company , if you would bare the Humiliation.
Cons
One of the worst companies I worked in my life, Bad salary, bad management. Mainly they hire you but they sell you as a piece of wood , it doesn"t matter what you think or if your customer give you racist treatment. I was happy to leave them , in the 1.5 year I was them , the turnover of my team was almost 100 %.
