      The worst management and they are clueless, only care about spreadsheet management, not real results. Just don't have an opinion or ideals and you will be find till you find a real job.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
