Pros

The pay and effort in placing you into a job is a plus. This consulting company will offer you discounted medical, eye, vision, stock, and life insurance benefits. In certain areas Experis will have accounts with major companies, which will provide you with an opportunity to get your foot in the door or awesome resume experience at the least.

Cons

As a contractor sometimes one is not treated as a part of the company. One is dispensable and therefore the drive to contribute to an overall objective does not provide satisfaction. Such agencies will serve the employer foremost as their accounts are more valuable than one individual.
