My manager, Kris, was a highly skilled and experienced Manager, and he was always willing to share his knowledge and expertise with me. Other Lead, Farooq and Abi created a positive and supportive work environment where I felt valued and respected.
Cons
The workload can be heavy, especially during peak hiring times. The role can be stressful at times, as recruiters are under pressure to fill open positions quickly and find the best possible candidates. The job can be unpredictable, as hiring needs can change at any time.
