      Pros

      Coworkers tried to make the best of it. The team members made it worth working here.

      Cons

      Upper management don't care and don't know how to create a good working environment. You are just a number to them! They hire directors, VP, etc. who don't know what they're doing at that level. They are solely interested in driving up their stock price.

      1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

      1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
