Pros
- increased vacation time over the years based on seniority - group pension plan -some great and kind coworkers - great company overall, some departments and locations might be better than others.
Cons
- favouritism - lack of communication including of expectations. - inconsistency in expectations - lack of transparency - lack of support - micromanagement - no tact when dealing with issues and minutiae is pointed out when it doesn’t affect the final results. Nitpicky. - salaries don’t keep up with inflation
