Pros
The company has a startup-like environment in the sense that roles are very fluid and everyone wears many hats. Management is involved in the daily operations of the foot soldiers (and isn't above getting their hands dirty to do what needs to be done), and at the other end of the spectrum, even entry level employees are empowered to contribute to high-level projects -- people are qualified by their ambition and capacity, not just their title or years of experience. Also, the company really "walks the walk" with regard to encouraging and giving PTO time for travel. Employees are given a free tour after their second year, and no one scoffs at you for actually taking your vacation time. Everyone here loves to travel, and expert advice about where to go and what to see is never more than a few steps away!
Cons
Busy times are seasonal and concentrated into a few short weeks in the fall and winter. While this makes for some intense times, it also creates some fairly open times when you can schedule and count on having the time to take PTO.
