Pros

There are absolutely things about this company that are better than anywhere else I've ever worked. - No one works a full day or comes in to the office every day, so the work/life balance is truly unmatched anywhere else you go. Think 2-3 days per week in the office for a couple of hours and the rest of the time, as long as you appear online you're fine. - Exponential got rid of their bonus structure about a year ago and rolled the bonus amounts into everyone's base salary - so your salary will be higher here than anywhere else you go, they are staggeringly over-inflated. - All of the offices have parking, for when you do go in and most of them provide catered lunches. - If you're going to join this company, go into the sales dept. You'll understand once you're there.

Cons

For many people, the above pros outweigh the terrifying cons mostly because you'll be able to get unemployment in the event of your inevitable untimely demise. Exponential is a slowly moving, slowly melting ice berg. It takes out anyone in its way (so be prepared to be a yes-man), but also have a life raft ready for when this thing crumbles. Which will come sooner than they realize. They're a far cry away from where they need to be in the marketplace in every respect - programmatic offerings, capabilities in terms of targeting and performance, understanding what clients need and want, employing people who actually want to work hard, etc etc.

Pros

Great benefits, mostly lovely coworkers

Cons

Leadership continues to cut long tenured employees, if I had to guess they are trying to become profitable again to sell. Don't disagree with leadership, you'll be shown the door.
