Cons
Terrible Management, managers are "yes" people to the CEO. The CEO isn't following the digital trends, therefore, the company keeps loosing large advertisers/agencies. The infrastructure is old and cannot support today's technology. Time reactions to urgent clients demands are very slow and the company is lacking accuracy/transparency. Unfortunately, there is a huge lack of innovation (due to limited capabilities) making it very hard to compete in the marketplace, which makes Exponential, irrelevant to agencies and advertisers.
