      Yearly changes in salary structure, offshore support can cause campaign delays/confusion, a hard sell to prospective clients with constant changes in the industry

      Great benefits, mostly lovely coworkers

      Cons

      Leadership continues to cut long tenured employees, if I had to guess they are trying to become profitable again to sell. Don't disagree with leadership, you'll be shown the door.
