      Fun atmosphere, decent pay; perfect for a summer job

      Cons

      Inflexible work schedule — even when my street flooded and my car was nearly underwater, management still told me that I had to come in or find someone else (this was in the middle of a tropical storm)

      Could manage the business as I saw fit as through the lens of a business owner

      Cons

      Training was minimal and in a location very different than my future store. Staff I inherited was horrible and leadership was not transparent about the status of the store in regards to profitability and issues within the store or company for that matter. Company declared bankruptcy about 5 months after I started and closed my location. Not a great experience.
