      Pros

      Fun Place to Work Fashionable and Fast Paced. Great Discount. Young environment and people. The company is doing well unlike most retailers they seem to be keeping up with the internet times.

      Cons

      Hard hours. Hard to have a good work/life balance. No loyalty to employees. Worked there for many years with small raises. When new employees hired they would be hired at higher rates and when I got another offer they "couldn't meet that rate"

      Advice to Management

      Let managers have work life balance and be loyal to those who are loyal to you.

      I personally like the brand so I enjoyed having access to a pretty nice employee discount. The coworkers and managers were pretty cool, motivated people.

      Barely got scheduled and had way too many "call-ins".
