Pros
So long as you show up and do your job, everything went nicely.
Cons
I only had a poor experience with one manager. I was a full time student and athlete in my first year at university, and I was going home for the winter break. I reached out to my boss and told him that I would get back to him when I found out my schedule, and he just never reached back to me. Later on I talked with a coworker and he told everyone I just quit. This was at the Springfield location, but I also worked at the Branson location and loved it!
