Pros

Highly flexible working hours Structured job rotation program that helps expand skills Friendly and relatively casual work culture Excellent health insurance, including comprehensive OPD coverage Clear career path framework, though progression can be gradual

Cons

Work experience and evaluation can vary significantly depending on the direct supervisor Performance recognition may be influenced more by visibility to senior management or cross-functional exposure than purely by individual contributions Rotation opportunities rely on internal management discussions, with limited transparency and no formal application process Lack of visibility on internal openings makes career planning uncertain Frequent late-night meetings due to global collaboration

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
