Collaboration across internal teams and top external partners like Deloitte, SAP, and Implico. Strong learning in data, analytics, and project management, especially Agile practices. Good environment for building global experience.
Cons
Time zone challenges (Bangkok vs. global teams) require frequent night calls. Project complexity is very high, and frequent onboarding of new members can create gaps in alignment and communication. Heavy use of acronyms and evolving processes can be difficult to keep up with. Information is not always evenly shared across teams.
