Pros

Very stable company financially. Highly aware and protective of their company brand and integrity. Very unlikely to ever be an "Enron."

Cons

Such a large company, they are unable to be nimble in the marketplace nor can they easily foster an entrepreneurial spirit among the ranks. Performance and ranking system fosters inter-employee competitiveness by people seeking personal credit in the quest for top ranking; this disables collaborative culture development where better productivity and superior answers can usually be better developed.

Pros

Good benefits, you learn a lot from highly experienced people.

Cons

Very bureaucratic and process driven which makes it difficult to adjust in a fast paced environment.

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
