      Nice offices, free fruit. Good health care coverage Well equipped Great ergo installations.

      Cons

      Unfortunately Team leaders and Management are not well prepared (Thechnically and in terms of soft skills) Not real professional growth in Buenos Aires. Absense of career plans. No chance to apply for open positions. All depends of good luck and subjective evaluations. Home working is not fully established
