Pros
Tons of room for advancement Best salary range in field Attracts the brightest and best. Huge worldwide company with opportunity to travel. Promotes continuing education. Can be promoted to positions where you don't necessarily have the education required if you prove you can handle it.
Cons
Rest on "we're ExxonMobil" too much. Uses its proprietary programs regardless if their efficient or not. Each organization is ran under their Manager's rules leading to very different rules for similar groups. Extremely high turn over in Second-line management leading to low ownership at that level.
