Highly competitive environment with colleagues. We are ranked every year against each other. Culture is very conservative. Professional growth possibilities are low, org structure is horizontal. Culture is very conservative. Office culture in Procurement BA is very toxic. Employees in BA are relatively complacent and are not motivated to do great. The hiring pool gets worse every year. Apart from medical, there aren’t many other benefits.
