Cons
The organization has been slow to respond to the changing industry and this was highlighted by COVID. Candor and the voicing of contrary views are not valued by management. Senior Leadership has not been very visible during the pandemic. Darren lacks sincere empathy and often comes across as out of touch, aloof, and arrogant. For those familiar with Jim Collins' book "Good to Great," it is incredibly obvious the company lacks level 5 leadership at a very critical and challenging time in the industry.
