Pros

- Great benefits in good times (Pension, 401K). However, during rough times they just cancel everything except Pension - Mobility (company allows you to switch careers and try you projects) - Good pay but no bonus.

Cons

- It only takes one bad manager that doesn't like you to end your career - Merit based system for performance reviews are the worse. You can be a great employee but your boss will always find a negative comment even if it is the slightest mistake you made that had not economic or operational impact - No promotions. You can be in the same job for your whole career and never get promoted or title change. There is no vision and their meritocracy system does not work - Toxic work environment - Some coworkers who are better known by upper management will always take all the credit for your work - The CEO has no vision. Doesn't really like his employees. Makes comments all the time like "if you don't like it here you can leave". There is no leadership. - Management is stuck in old ways. No desire to look into renewable energy projects. - You can get transfer to the middle of no where with no guidance on how long that assignment can take

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
