Pros

Responsibility, Leadership opportunities, Pay, Challenging Projects, Global Scale

Cons

A culture that causes such high levels of personal and professional stress regardless if the Company is making record profits or posting record losses. It's been a rewarding career in so many ways; however, I find myself losing my personal identity through having to conform daily to such high levels of corporate speak and HR directives to drive out-of-touch policies. This is not a happy place to spend a career anymore.

Pros

Good benefits, you learn a lot from highly experienced people.

Cons

Very bureaucratic and process driven which makes it difficult to adjust in a fast paced environment.

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
