Pros
A stable company with a fantastic compensation plan, a mature and well established product line and a leader in its industry, F5 is a place to be if you want to work for a Seattle technology company with local roots. F5 is a bit of a different company in the way its organized and there's still a lot of departments where talent is rewarded and appreciated.
Cons
One of the best companies in Puget Sound, unfortunately F5 is a shadow of its former self as a result of growing pains and the loss of its once amazing culture. Be prepared for a lot of politics where how you play the game is more important than your skill or technical chops.
